1. Software and core code
The core web application and management system belong to İkweb Tasarım & İsim Kayıt Veri Merkezi. Use, hosting and maintenance are governed by the executed contracts between the parties. Copying source code, reverse engineering or use outside the licence is prohibited.
2. Theme, components and third-party software
UI templates and plugins used on the site (e.g. Slider Revolution and related components) are licensed third-party products and remain subject to their own licences. Open-source libraries (e.g. jQuery, Bootstrap and similar) remain under their respective open-source licences (MIT, Apache, etc.).
3. Icons

Icons may not be used or resold in breach of their licence terms.
4. Fonts
- Typefaces served via Google Fonts — subject to each font’s Open Font License / Google Fonts terms
5. Stock and free image sources
Some images used during build and showcase design may come from the free or licensed stock sources below; others may have been produced by the site owner or agency. Freepik is not used on this website.

Each source’s own licence summary applies (attribution, commercial use, redistribution limits, etc.). Copying or selling stock images contrary to those terms is prohibited.
6. Site-owner content and images
Photos, product images, logos, texts and brand assets published after launch remain the responsibility of the website owner (Miss Fruit). Such content may be protected by copyright/trade mark law and may not be published, copied or used commercially elsewhere without the owner’s permission.
7. Trademarks
“Miss Fruit”, related logos and brand assets belong to the site owner. “İkweb Tasarım”, “İsim Kayıt” and third-party product names belong to their respective owners; mention here does not imply partnership.
8. Legal notice
This text is informational. Software use is governed by contract; icon/image rights by their licences; publishing responsibility for site content by the site owner. Disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and competent authorities.
